An act to
Place Bidets in all public restrooms
SECTION I - PURPOSE
The purpose of this bill is to promote purity throughout Minnesotans and to help set a safer and cleaner environment for
individuals.
SECTION II - JUSTIFICATION
Individuals who simply just use the bathroom without properly cleaning themselves could be considered impure. Without
rinsing yourself off with water you tend to leave lots of bacteria sitting on your skin and it could potentially cause
harmful diseases or irritation on the skin. Having a bidet in your area can help you prevent those diseases and be
cleaner.
SECTION III - DEFINITIONS
Bidet: A plumbing fixture used to clean yourself after using the bathroom
SECTION IV - FUNDING
Around 0.1-0.5% increase of taxes for cigarettes.
SECTION V – PENALTIES/ENFORCEMENT
No penalties
SECTION VI – EFFECTIVE DATE
As soon as possible
